I recently had my computer screen fixed by Billy, I chose BC-IT as he not only offered me the best quote out of the several computer repair places that I contacted but his repair also came with a warranty and he offered a faster turnaround than the other places. His communication was excellent, he was very friendly, and as promised fixed my computer within a 24 hour period. Could not recommend more highly :)

I am very happy to recommend Billy. He has been my I.T. guy for some years now. He does an excellent and thorough job and always explains what he is doing which helps as I am not that tech savvy.

Billy came to my aid when malware threatened, fixed everything speedily but took the time to explain anything I didn't understand, which, as I am now nearly ninety, is quite a lot. He is always patient and friendly, and I would warmly recommend him as your go-to computer wizard.
