We had been having issues with our Apple Mac and being in our 70's they were outside our ability. We contacted Billy, the Principal of BC-IT Specialists, and he has been invaluable in the assistance he has been able to provide not only in upgrading our computer and phones but in training us in more efficient use our equipment. Billy also upgraded our equipment obtaining for us some extra much needed attachments. Furthermore when a close friend purchased a new computer I recommended Billy to her. Billy has again proved himself invaluable in his assistance setting up her new and existing equipment.
